We enjoyed the place! The room was nice, comfortable bed and pillows, spacious bathroom. The view is so beautiful that we enjoyed having breakfast and dinner there. The kitchen is well equipped. Dan and Mihaela made sure we have napkins, kitchen roll and oil for cooking since we used the kitchen a lot. Its appreciated! We found a fresh meat shop for the barbecue (Pinakoti bakery in Possidi).
The private beach is amazing and have sunbeds, umbrellas. The pool right next to the rooms is so refreshing and the garden is beautiful. Mihaela and Dan made sure we have everything we need! Thank you!
The road can look a bit challenging at first but it was okay. Our car is a low BMW and handled it without troubles.

Hostess was extremely nice, very accommodating. The restaurant they own is very close to the apartments and offers amazing vegan options (a real blessing for me, but my non-vegan friends loved it too, the brunch was 10/10).
Towels were changed every day. The apartments are very clean, modern as well. We were a group of 9 so it was nice that there were larger spaces where we could gather.
Filomeni Studios is a recently renovated guest house in Pefkochori where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge.

Rooms are well equiped, with new furniture and new bathroom, the most important thing, it's super clean, bed sheets and towels are changed every 2 days, hosts are kind and very helpful in every possible way, the location is perfect, it is close to every possible store and the beach, and yet it's peaceful and quiet, parking spot of course a big plus since in Pefkohori parking is a nightmare. In the end host gave us a present. Worth coming back to this beautiful place and nice people!❤️

Close to the sea you have small road to cross but almost there is never a car so it safe for everyone. Sea is 50-80meters from accommodation. Anastasia and her sister are very kind and great host. There is everything you need in apartment. And if you need something they will help you very fast. View depends from apartmant you choose upper have good view you can see sea. Apartments that are down doesn’t have that view but they are also very comfortable and beautiful (i know because we was having one up and one down). 10+
Great location, with a big, beautiful private yard and direct access to the sea. You have your own sunbeds and umbrella. Janis and his mother were great hosts, always available. Beautiful place for a peaceful holiday, we would definitely come back again.
