Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Everything was great! Very nice and cosy apartment with a great host Eleni. We stayed there for 2 nights with a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and it suit us well. The location is close to the airport - about 15 min drive, and close to the beach although we didn't use it. The apartment has fresh furniture and all appliances you need. Eleni thought about everything we needed. Thanks for her hospitality and readiness to help!
This was an ideal short stop while waiting for a flight the next day. Next time I would consider staying longer and exploring the surrounds. The host family were all so lovely and the pickup / drop-off was a great addition.
Brilliant place to stay if you need easy access to the airport. Akis was a great host, picked me up from the metro station and took me to the airport in the morning. Akis and his brother are taxi drivers as well. Only a 10 minute drive to the airport (approx 20 euros)
The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, perfect WiFi and powerful shower. Would recommend for a 1 night stay close to the airport.
We were unable to check in with the pin code, unable to contact anyone and left stranded. Locals told us the same thing happened the day before. Do not try and stay!
Location. Close to Athens airport. Host offer for pickup to and from airport with reasonable price. Locals eateries are with easy walking within 5-10 mins. Property equips with full range of kitchen equipment, fridge, coffee maker machine, sandwich press, washer and dryer machine, humidifier, aircond and other things as advertised.
Very close to the airport for anyone having transfer flights that need an overnight stopover. A lovely villa in a quite calm farm area. Nikolia was a great host and ensured we had a comfortable stay. The pets (cats and dogs) are an added bonus if you are an animal lover.
