Amazing location with seaview rooms and organized praking in a garage 300m from the apartment. The best restaurant in the area is right below the apartment on thr ground floor with tables also on the beach. Staff was friendly and nice and very helpful. Great frappe in the restaurant and on the beach.

Hostess was extremely nice, very accommodating. The restaurant they own is very close to the apartments and offers amazing vegan options (a real blessing for me, but my non-vegan friends loved it too, the brunch was 10/10).
Towels were changed every day. The apartments are very clean, modern as well. We were a group of 9 so it was nice that there were larger spaces where we could gather.

You get a card which lets you enter a parking lot, there are towels that are clean. There is a airco, but it only cools the underground. When you go upstairs it is very hot. There is a balcony where you can sit. There is not much that is likeable in this property.

We spent 10 days at Filomeni studios. It was great experience, everything was like it's presented on booking. There was woman who did cleaning every 2nd day. We had nice terrace where we spent most of the day. It was close to main road and beach. Also, you have free parking (which is important) and if you want to go to some other beaches it's easy to manage from this location.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Everything perfect. Good hosts. Excellent facility. Pool is big, giant bonus. My room's terace was exiting directly by the pool. Perfection. Visiting Brother's house again for sure.

This was such a comfortable and beautiful accommodation in Kallithea. It was well-furnished, from kitchen essentials to toiletries. There was even a fan in the room! Oh, and the fridge was stacked with complementary drinks (and a jar of honey). The center of town was only two minutes away and it was so convenient to have coffee shops, bakeries and supermarkets nearby at walking distance. I also loved how spacious the balcony was! Many thanks to the lovely host who was always available to recommend beaches and restaurants in the area.
The apartment is big and bright. Central location with fast access to restaurants and the beach, there is a supermarket right next to the building. Philip is a great host, welcoming and ready to offer support and recommend various options available in the area. We enjoyed the balcony. The private parking is a big advantage. The wifi connection is good. The apartment is situated at the second floor and there is a stairs to climb, take it into account if you are traveling with children.
