Very peaceful and comfortable place. The owners are very friendly, helpful and wonderful people. They do everything to make the stay perfect. Very tasty breakfast. Lunch, wine, brandy, amazing barbecue dinner :) Beautifull garden full of fruits and artist stuff. We would stay again and we recommend.

It was spacious, clean and quiet. the bathroom had a washing machine and you could sit outside under cover on the balcony to eat and play cards. there was a fridge and crockery as well as a jug to boil water. the owner is very friendly and helpful. it is about a 10 minute stroll to the main square where the buses and markets are.

This is the best guesthouse in Tskhaltubo in terms of location, facilities, view and value for money. We were doing mineral water bath therapy, so proximity to Sources 1 and 6 was very important. The central market is a short walking distance away, as well as the city centre with cafes and restaurants. There’s a beautiful lake just opposite the house, we loved passing by it everyday. Great location near the market and fully equipped kitchen for guests where you can cook from delicious local vegetables and fruits. Hosts are very nice people and if you want they are helpful, joyful and communicative! Room was clean and nice, hot watter without problems:) During day it can be little bit loud around hotel because locals loves to horn during driving. But our room was quiet during night. Great starting point for visiting all sanatoriums.
The great view from teracce. The equiped kitchen, where we eat a borshch, made by host family, and even made a juse from pomergranate. The manager Paata with his wive Angela were great. Very friendly, We made even farewell party with one more guest, wine Colikauri, dancing and karaoke singing. Sweet memories...
