We stayed here as a large group to celebrate New Year’s, and it was an unforgettable experience. Paata is an amazing host and a perfect example of Georgian hospitality. There's no problem he can't solve—whether you need to book a banya (sauna) or arrange a transfer at a reasonable price, just ask. Paata treated us to his delicious homemade shashlik and wine, making us feel right at home.
As for the rooms and the house: the rooms are clean, warm, and equipped with everything you need, offering a cozy view of the mountains. The shared kitchen is also well-equipped, with a fridge, microwave, oven, large table, dishes, and more.
Location-wise, it’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the nearest ski lift, Pirveli. There, you can buy a ski pass and rent all the gear you need. There’s also a Spar supermarket just a 5–7 minute walk away, offering a wide variety of items—we were even lucky enough to find green peas for our Olivier salad on December 31st!
We’ll definitely stay here again next time.

The location is very good, as this was located in new gudauri, we able to experience the snow as it was in the high area. When we woke up we really enjoyed the view as it was full of snow. The hotel is very neat and friendly staff. When we will be able to come back, definitely i will book this hotel again.

The name says it is a hotel, but you actually feel like home with your family. Our Host Lado is absolutely amazing, he’s got some kind of superpower, with it he can organise everything you want in Gudauri area in couple minutes. Hostess and her kitchen are mindblowing, lots of georgian flavours, her kindness, and heart putting into what her do makes this place 100% complete. Rooms are comfy, and very clean. Living room area with fire place and stunning views makes you feel like in fairy tale.
After a whole day on the slopes, you can count on a warm sauna to relax!

More than the fact that the property is clean, comfortable and cozy, our stay has become more relaxed. After a day full of outdoor activities, we come home and chill using their owned Netflix and they even have PlayStation. It is a full-pledge home stay with all the products you can find from cooking to cleaning items. Anna the owner is very welcoming and attentive to our needs.
Great host, drove us to the rental place & cable car station everyday. By walk it's only around 15mins but saved us energy going uphill with the gear. Amazing view from the room and good value of price with simple breakfast and filling dinner included. Friendly dog as well!

Alex is great host! Very kind and friendly! Everything was fine. We had small problems with furniture and he helped us quickly. The ski lift is 5 minutes walk from apartement, spar is 3 minutes walking. Apartements has everything you need and even much more!
