warm welcome from the owners after long workday. they also provide good quality breakfast items in the room which is a godsend if your arrive late or leaving early. Bathroom, was clean and modern with both Bath and Shower.

I was walking the coast path and it's really conveniently located. Really nice that they provided milk, bread and jam etc as there wasn't a shop nearby.

The location is excellent , just take ear plugs to help with the seagulls at night - they never stop! The premises is excellent, clean , beautiful, well cared for and well provisioned. We were lucky enough to stay in this lovely guest house. Lovely large room with an en suite shower. Ours had a big bay window over looking the harbour with stunning views. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Thank you to the lovely hosts for a perfect stay. The location is perfect and has free parking, a car space for each room. Only a few minutes walk to the town. Would definitely book again.
Our room was so lovely and comfortable, huge soft bed and everything we could possibly need for our stay. The breakfast was delicious every morning and we were made to feel so welcome. Andrew and Stephanie are great hosts, helpful with recommendations for places to eat and visit and just generally friendly and welcoming (and Andrew’s lovely mum!) the location is fabulous too. I love Looe it’s my happy place and I would definitely visit the Dolphin again we had the best time.
