Lovely comfortable room, fresh and clean, the shared bathroom was great too and I had full access to the kitchen to cater for myself. Parking was easy on-street, directly outside, exactly what I needed for a work stop-over and I would definitely stay again if working in the area.

The rooms had all you would need, all the small things considered along with snacks and a variety of drinks. Clean, and the bedroom was comfortable.
Breakfast was really good, home cooked, good options, and filling and good coffee.

The owners were absolutely lovely, so friendly and polite. The rooms were clean with everything you needed. Check in and out was effortless and the add-on breakfast was delicious
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The apartment was very cosy, clean and tidy. The host (Pawel) left clear instructions to familiarise ourselves with the apartment and equipments.

This was our second visit after staying last October. The hotel is a short distance from the M1 in the town of Ossett with good, nearby parking in the hotel grounds. The Mews is a small hotel/pub used by locals. Good evening meal with a few other diners and other pleasant people in the bar. All staff very friendly and welcoming - very different from large, anonymous hotel chains. [They don't do the usual full breakfast menu, but adequate for us after the generous proportions of the evening meal.]
The room I booked was the lower standard but it was perfect for my needs, small, comfortable, warm,clean and i felt safe as a single female traveller. There was enough storage for my clothes and a tv to pass the evening.The breakfast was amazing ! Probably the biggest meal ive ever set eyes on. The motel has a lovely atmosphere with many locals coming in for food, and the late bar , juke box,and pinball machine was an added bonus.

The staff and the food were exellent. That was the saving grace. Dinner was delicious although the bar was extremely busy with locals. Breakfast was officially only continental for some unexplained reason although the staff cooked me a proper breakfast thankfully.
Everything! The room was exceptional, very clean and comfortable too. Self catering is great as well as being able to come and go as you please, the location is great too, so it's easy to get to town for work etc. Staff are lovely and the locals are friendly, also amenities are close by so it has everything you need. My first choice for hotels and home away from home.
Everything was outstanding! Great value for money in a nice area with friendly, down to earth locals. Its clean, comfortable and has everything you need its great self catering. Its like home away from home and its location makes it ideal to get to town to get any business done.
Of course there will be noise sometimes at night but it is a pub/hotel, I'm not a party pooper and I don't mind at all :)
I'd pick this hotel over others any day. Wonderful little gem.
