Very clean and high spec. Bit strange not having a kitchen so precooked food would have to be taken with you as well as paper plates and crockery. China cups and glasses supplied with tea & coffee facilities and a fridge.Host was very helpful and easy to contact with fast response.

Fantastic spot outside of Ullapool. Aiden and Neil were wonderful hosts and provided us with everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with excellent views of the Loch and town. The common area was great to sit and relax in, and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Ullapool.

We were not expecting breakfast. We were provided with plenty of tea and coffee hot chocolate biscuits and cereal bars. There was a fridge and cutlery and crockery in the room if we had needed them. The rooms were very clean comfortable and cosy.
