Caleb is an excellent host, who made me feel very welcome and ensured I had everything I needed for my stay. My room was very comfortable, the facilities were great, and although the property has shared bathrooms there are several of them available so this was never an issue. WOW,The Bell guesthouse was very clean and comfortable,and exceptionally friendly with the amazing staff that they have to assist, with no requests being too big for them.

The hotel is well situated, being close to Seaham where I visited along with other tourist sites. I would definitely stay there again and not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Really, we had a excellent stay over here and the property really met our expectations. Property had all the facilities we needed and its near to metro as well. Surely, i will recommend this property to others and also i am expecting for my future visit over here. Host was very helpful and she provided all the information what we needed and happy to have a great host and happy stay over here.
Diana was such a lovely host. She took her time to show us around the place. The room was very cosy and it felt like a home away from home.
There is no cooked breakfast but she does provide bread, tea, jam, milk etc in a shared kitchen which you can help yourself to. I actually preferred this set up.
The view from the terrace area is gorgeous especially if you get some nice weather.
We would definitely stay here again and loved the character and atmosphere the place provided.
Diana is a lovely host. Property is above a very nice Italian restaurant. Due to a cancellation, as we were returning guests we were given a free room upgrade which made our stay even more comfortable. The property doesn’t do breakfast but guests have use of a full kitchen where cereal, bread, fruit juice, milk etc were all provided and being able to store food for our package lunches in the fridge was extremely helpful.
Lovely host, we are very satisfied with the service and warm welcome. Property is very nicely maintained, we liked the way how it is arranged, all fully equipment. Nice spacious room with big bed, nice stay for relax. We really recommend it! There is a pub next door where you can eat. Shops within walking distance but it's much easier to get around by car.
The location was excellent. Easy parking right outside the hotel. Great view of the sea. Walking distance to the promenade, beach, bars, restaurants, cafes. Plenty of coastline to explore along the sea road. Friendly staff and locals. The bar/restaurant was good and the breakfast had great variety and good food.
Quiet and clean place with the great host with absolutely everything you need for staying and living.
