Staff were able to give us an early continental breakfast as we had an early start as going on a boat trip. They also accommodated us on various food intolerances and were able to provide a late dinner at 9.15pm, when we were late back from the trip. Service was good and staff were friendly at all times.

I really liked the location as it was in a quiet suburban neighborhood and was easy to access in our rental car driving up from London. The staff was also excellent. When we first got there, we found that our room had only one small bed when we were expecting two beds and the manager was super helpful in making sure we were able to change rooms to better accommodate our needs.

Excellent, cosy, well-lite, modern apartment style house with loads of space and all amenities as mentioned in the description. Smooth self check-in, my plus plus was it's proximity to the airport for an early morning departure, nice neighbourhood to walk to the airport terminal (under 8 mins). 10/10 and fully recommended. Thanks to the lovely host(s) who had messaged in advance regarding the check-in procedure & other utilities :-)
Our second stay at Gateway Lodge before a flight. It is a brilliant place to stay even though we are always leaving in the early hours! Great value for money. Really comfy beds and Jimmy is a great host. Safe parking on site is a real bonus too.
I can only echo what all the other reviews have said, great host, comfortable clean room and fantastic location to the airport. It did me perfectly for one night and I got my flight on time.
