It was well placed as we were at Southwell Minster for a concert, and it was near the centre. We slept well.

The location was out of town which we were aware of, local shops nearby.
The room was clean and tidy.

…i stayed just the one night…everything was perfect…and such a welcoming host…a lovely lady…nicely kept house..breakfast was great…and evening meals are also offered…although I didn't have one…i have no doubt they’d be superb….all in all….can highly recommend this accommodation.

Absolutely stunning property, it's as good as it looks on the photos. Its really spacious inside and out on the terrace fabulous, with lovely views and close to amenities. Simon was a great host although we didn't need him during our stay he showed us around the property when we arrived and offered to be on hand if needed. If your looking for a social gathering in a lovely location then a stay in the Penthouse is a must. The only negative is we didn't get to stay for longer, so maybe a revisit sometime soon.

The property was perfectly situated on the outskirts of town to be quiet but still close enough to amenities. The beautiful Minster was just a 2 minute walk down the road.
Nice clean room with an en-suite , lovely breakfast with a good selection of cereals and / or hot options.
