The location is everything and more. From my bedroom I enjoyed fields with grazng Canada Geese from the adjacent RSPB Pagham Harbour Reserve. It really is that close. There is a short walk down a quiet lane to the start of a raised path to a hide overlooking breathtaking vieww over the marsh land. St Wilfred's church is on your right as you walk down to the marsh and then out on to the Shingle bank and spit. I walked to Selsey along the England Coastal Path.. What a treat. Amanda was outstanding as a host and she is creating an even more amazing experience with her new indepent entry facility. Very exciting and will please even the most picky client. Loved the Elms and am intending to rebook soon.

Beautiful home & lovely large room. Plenty of towels, amazing location with fantastic views of the sea. Great added touches like portable heater & mini fridge with water was much appreciated.
Unfortunately the bath needed washing out as there was quite a lot of dark hairs in there & the toilet bowl was dirty.
Also the shower did not work, it came on for a few seconds then went off ? Despite many attempts I could not get this to work
The door to the room was locked upon arrival so I had to contact the owner to get a code who seemed very friendly and helpful

A warm welcome to marvellously appointed accommodation. Comfy, warm, and possibly in the prettiest part of West Sussex. Convenient for the wonderful Festival Theatre, as well as so many West Sussex tourist and entertainment spots. With a hearty breakfast and so much choice of food. We had a lovely stay at Millers House, the owner was very kind! All the facilities were perfect, bed was beyond comfortable. We felt very secure as it is a closed gate community. We couldn't hear any noises from the road or trains. The location is super convenient, next to the train station and the village center. The room was spotless! We will definitely come back!

The location was great for me, travelling down my family's memory lane. It was an easy walk to local shops and the beach and also not far to the High Street. The property is clean and tastefully decorated and my room was very comfortable. Lovely hosts and a good breakfast.
