I liked the friendly welcome. The young man who checked me in, offered to carry my bags as my room was on the top floor, which entailed a few flights of stairs, which became narrower and steeper on the higher floor.
The room was comfortable with everything that you needed - tea & coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer, room heater, toiletries in the bathroom and towels.
Great partial view of the quay. I loved that attic room and felt it was private and separate despite being in a house with other rooms. It was also literally a minute's walk from the quay and the surrounding shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.
I did lock myself out accidentally, but after messaging the property owner, arrangements were made to unlock my room door and I was able to get back in when I returned.

It’s such a lovely hotel, well situated and the owners couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay great! We have stayed here before and will keep going back! I highly recommend this hotel.

We thought the room was really good, breakfast was fantastic and Jane and Andy great hosts. Location is great, the neighbourhood is quiet and is in a neat and tidy area.
It was an amazing little apartment like area to stay in, lovely wee mini fridge and janina is the most lovely host I've ever stayed with! Not far from some lovely beaches and it's in such a lovely little town.
