It was clean and cosy. It was advertised as a cosy little bolt hole but was perfect for our overnight stay. A lovely comfy bed and well used space for our clothing and luggage. There is a private bathroom and small area for a a kettle and fridge with plenty coffee and fresh milk. Smart TV which every child needs with Alexa giving us our music on request. All in all.....just what we needed after our long walk from Eastbourne to Newhaven. Thanks for an enjoyable stay. Ideal for a short stay or overnight ferry stop.

Sophie was very welcoming and friendly, made sure I had everything I needed. Bed was extremely comfy , only stayed for one night and left early hours but was perfect location and price for what I needed.

We love this place and have stayed many times! The staff are all wonderful and so friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious and very clean with a super comfy bed. The breakfast was fantastic and so varied. A great hotel at a great price too!
