Absolutely fantastic, booked for a show at the NEC for my business. Less than 10 mins drive away, fantastic location. Lovely village walking distance from nice pubs and a few restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic, including gluten free toast and sausage for me, and the owners are so lovely and welcoming. Very comfortable ENORMOUS bed, spotlessly clean. Thanks guys!

Property was exactly as pictured. Great little welcome folder with lots of helpful information. Felt very inviting, nice little touches in the kitchen. Nice to have the Netflix/sky available. I did have issues with the satellite reception but will put that down to the absolutely horrific weather causing interference rather than anything else. Very clean, fresh feeling space. Shower felt spacious. loved that I could park right outside the door, given the weather! Would absolutely stay here again if/when I'm in the area. Saw host very briefly (I was rushing whilst leaving) and was very warm and welcoming. Wish I had been able to stay for longer as originally planned.

I got parked outside the house the kitchen is there if you wish to use it good Wi-Fi comfortable bed greeted by a great host smashing fella hope to see him again
This is my second visit to the hotel - I had good memories previously of this hotel. I love that it is on the picturesque canal and if you arrive after work at the NEC - a walk along here is a great way to de stress.
It’s a 20 minute drive from the NEC and a good alternative to the over priced on site NEC ones.
There is also a nice restaurant that seems popular with the locals. It’s a bit noisy on the weekend - so request a room far away from the restaurant. The staff are nice and helpful.
Beds were comfy and sheets felt lovely and fresh. Bedroom was spotless and clean. Location was good for what we needed and the staff were helpful. The locals were friendly and there was a good atmosphere. Handy separate entrance/exit for the hotel part.
It's a great location, just off the motorway, easy to find, and plenty of free parking
The bar area is clean and comfortable, the meal we had was really good, and the drinks are reasonably priced
The room we stayed in was clean and quiet - there was a tv, tea and coffee and fresh towels etc,
Friendly staff and locals, a bit of good music, it was a blast!!
I definitely recommend, and I've already got another booking lined up for November xx
