Good facilities including a very comfortable bed. Whole place appeared to have been newly done up. Friendly staff, breakfast was great. Price was very reasonable and overall it was outstanding for the price.

We had just booked the double room which was very comfortable with a great selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate in the drinks making area, a small fridge which was an added bonus and plenty of space for clothes storage with extra seating on chairs for just chilling out!

Spacious and beautifully decorated. So wonderfully quiet and peaceful, loved waking up to the sounds of birds. Great hosts and only a 15 minute walk from the central hub of Lymington!

Highfield is a superbly well appointed boutique guest house. It’s tastefully decorated throughout with extremely comfortable well equipped spotless rooms. The breakfast is truly delicious with plenty of choices to suit all tastes.
Fraser and Maria are lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
The room was clean, quiet, fully stocked and comfortable with a big bath and excellent shower. The pub downstairs is a cracking locals pub and the separate restaurant was brilliant - we were accommodated without a booking even though it was very busy and had an awesome meal.

Location of the property was perfect for attending the Lymington parkrun. Nice, clean and tidy pub. Lovely garden. Very good room with all I needed for one nights stay. Lovely half English breakfast (at extra cost) in the sun was great. Allowed dogs too. Staff (and the locals) were lovely and friendly.
