A great range of breakfast items. Ruth and Phil very friendly and laid back. I have stayed before and love the little room. It has everything I need for a week away from home. The location is perfect as you can get to the seafront quickly and easily, avoiding many of the hills.
I would highly recommend Charnwood Guest House and definitely book again if I was heading to Lyme Regis.

We were delighted with the hospitality of tea, water glasses and snacks in the room. It made us feel so welcome. Also, the breakfast options provided were more than we expected, and made us feel right at home. It made us very happy to go out into the world with such a nice breakfast. The bed was so comfortable that we slept very well. And the view! So lovely!
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
St Andrews House was in a good location with lovely grounds and easy free onsite parking. The accommodation was nice and use of the heated swimming pool was a bonus when the weather was hot. Fiona and Jon were great hosts, friendly and attentive. The breakfast offering was varied and delicious. Would stay here again if visiting Lyme Regis in the future.
This was a brilliant, well-equipped and excellently located base for a holiday. The flat was comfy, Sam was a great host, and I am planning to visit again. The garden was absolutely stunning.

The property is beautifully located with a view of the sea in two directions from a balcony looking over trees and gardens and white cottages. The room is spacious and comfortable with compact en- suite. The breakfast was a tasty full English although cereals, yoghurt, grit and juices were available.Chris was a great host and knowledgeable about the town and harbour. We had a great few days.
