Barry & Julie made us feel very welcome & we had a lovely comfortable, well equipped room with a great sea view. Breakfast & all produce provided in the room was generous & of exceptional quality. We had a really lovely stay & highly recommend Bon Ami.

Great location for going to the beach, but also very good for a choice of places to eat (recommend The Ship and The Jolly Sailor) and visiting other towns in the area. Parking on the street was no problem and free of charge with no time constraints, which is always a bonus.. The owners, Karl & Glynn are lovely, friendly and very helpful if you have any questions about where to go/what to do in the area. The breakfasts were delicious with a good choice. Highly recommended.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Nothing could have been better. Friendly host, spotlessly clean, comfortable room and bed, amazing breakfast with daily specials! Great location just a few minutes walk from seafront and pier. Good parking on road.

Lovely host, with great attention to detail. Small but comfortable and well thought-out room, with everything you might need. Superb breakfast. Location ideal for a short break, walking distance to Lowestoft town centre, close to the beach.
The location is fantastic, right opposite the beach with wonderful sea views. The landlords were great hosts and such lovely people. The breakfast was cooked to perfection EVERY morning, with fresh baked bread. The breakfast room overlooks the sea too. Eggs done all ways were perfect. The room was nice and big. There is free parking and we managed to get a spot right outside the B&B, and there is free parking along the street, but there is also a carpark almost opposite which is only £4 a day.
Luxury b and b at very reasonable rates. Great location for beach and town. Mark and Derek are great hosts and really make guests welcome and provide everything to make your stay enjoyable.
