A lovely Guest House, the host very professional and knowledgeable. My room was a single room and was very clean and comfortable. It had a TV, lots of Tea and Coffee and a small fridge for your milk etc.. The bathroom was also very clean with a shower over the bath. You had to complete a form for what breakfast items you would like the next morning, this was delivered to your door in the morning by a lovely lady who just smiled all the time, I guess she loved her job.

It was very clean and the location was well suited for exploring that part of the world. We highlighted an issue with the shower head and the hosts implemented a temporary solution the same day.

The hosts were very welcoming despite the fact we were soaking wet. We had cycled to the B&B and we had dripping wet waterproofs and panniers.
The breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfy. Lots of extras like sweets, biscuits and fresh milk. We appreciated having a guest lounge.
The Irvine Guest House is in Irvine town centre, a 1-minute walk from the main shopping area, bars and restaurants. There is free wireless internet access.

Very quiet and relaxing, lovely decor, lots of space within the room and bathroom. The staff are very caring making sure everything is ok for you before they finish their shift. For the price you will struggle to find a better place probably anywhere for the same money. I only booked 1 night and ended up staying for 3. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone planning a visit to Irvine.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
It was easy walking distance to the town and sea front and given that it was a bank holiday weekend and busy during the day one side is free parking and plenty of spaces
The local pub although near was great and the staff were super friendly and there was entertainment put on. I am in the OAP bracket but went in each night and met many of the locals of all ages.
Keith the Manager was a great host and was very helpful. The house is very clean and the food and service the best I have had. The only little point although minor was I had to share a toilet and shower room but this is minor and no reflection on the great value this Guest house offers. I thoroughly recommend this place
Absolutely stunning apartment. Squeaky clean, comfortable, easy to access and a great host. Spacious and lots of extras towels available. Great location for all amenities. Would definitely book here again
