The welcoming staff on arrival & the friendly locals we were made to feel very welcomed.
The rooms are immaculately clean & decorated to a high standard with toiletries in the bathroom. Complimentary of tea, coffee & biscuits. Nice touch having a small fridge & hairdryer in the room.. In the main hallway, a small kitchen for guests to use, microwave, toaster, plates & cutlery, also iron, etc.
Well stocked corner shop across the road & Sainsbury's or Morrison's down the road a few minutes drive away.
Offering a bar, The Royal Oak provides accommodations in Biddulph. Both free Wifi and parking on-site are accessible at the guest house free of charge.

Everything was fantastic and the staff made you feel at home.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Very comfortable room and the b&b has a lovely host for whom nothing is too much. Brilliant location for attending a wedding at Foxtail Barns Wedding Venue.
Lovely host, great bed - I'm over 6ft and some beds are a bit short, this was a great size.
House was warm but not too warm. Very clean, tidy and quiet. Just what I needed for a short overnight stay.
Parking space on their drive kept the car nice and safe and off the street.
Julie was very welcoming and made us a lovely cuppa on arrival and again after breakfast the next day.
