Excellent place to stay, room was fantastic had everything you needed and more. Was very comfortable and relaxing. The place was very clean and felt a bit like a home away from home. The shared kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and they fulfilled the extra requests we asked for without any trouble. Met the owner before we left, he was very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you for hospitality.

Irvine Guest House, hotel in Kilmarnock

The Irvine Guest House is in Irvine town centre, a 1-minute walk from the main shopping area, bars and restaurants. There is free wireless internet access.

Very quiet and relaxing, lovely decor, lots of space within the room and bathroom. The staff are very caring making sure everything is ok for you before they finish their shift. For the price you will struggle to find a better place probably anywhere for the same money. I only booked 1 night and ended up staying for 3. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone planning a visit to Irvine.

This was a lovely, well presented pub. The lady rang us the day before and told us there was a going to be party on downstairs . To be fair, they didn't have to forewarn us, but they did . It was noisy, but the music finished at midnight. So it wasn't too bad . The food was lovely .the staff were welcoming. The room we stayed in was a good size with a very comfy bed . Good shower in the bathroom . Very friendly locals .

Margaretta and Phil are great hosts, very friendly yet professional going out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The property is in a quiet location set back from the road and our room was very quiet. We had a seperate sitting room which was a bonus and our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The bed was so comfy and the linens super rich and everything was absolutely spotless. A credit to Margaretta and Phil. The breakfasts were plentiful and well cooked with a great selection of both cooked and uncooked choices.
