The room was clean and well organized. It had a wonderful bathroom with a large tub and a separate shower. All well done and modern . The breakfast was terrific. We were catered to every need. Everything was cooked to order and we'll prepared.

The location was excellent, very cute area to enjoy the scenery, and the morning view was beautiful.
The room was spacious, I travelled with my mom and we did like having our own separate bedrooms. The decor was done really well, it was very cute and a cozy feeling in our rooms.
The beds were very comfortable, the bedding was clean and comfortably. We were also happy to have our own bathroom.

The guest house was easy to find and there was parking nearby on the road. The double room was a decent size with a small en-suite. The room was clean and there was a kettle, fridge and microwave. There was also plenty of storage. It was in a quiet area.

What great luck to have booked Barns for our stay in Ayr! Our room and bath were comfortable and spotless - but the highlight was the gorgeously equipped kitchen and the pleasant dining room. Super lovely host who offered us a change of room which suited us better, as it had become available. We were able to drop bags off/pick up a key early which was really helpful as we were at a wedding all day. Lovely guest house with a cool nautical theme.

Clean, comfortable independent studio apartment that felt very homely. Lovely decor without overfilling the room with excess furniture. The guest information booklet is fabulous. We loved the breakfast/coffee suggestion and sat for over an hour chatting with locals and other travellers. We would definitely return for a future stay, highly recommend.
Little hidden gem. Beautiful room, private outdoor patio right under the window. Very clean and tastefully but practical. Our favourite touch was the dog pack- a fluffy towel, stainless steel bowls and a portion pack of dried food, very thoughtful 😁. Perfect location for a night after all the walking on Aaron, very quiet and peaceful. Great host and clear communication. We will definitely stay here again.
Rooms are exceptionally large and comfortable. They are in the process of being refurbished. We ate in the restaurant one evening and were really impressed with the food. Locals who live nearby consider it to be one of the best restaurants in the area. The lounge and dining area is nicely decorated and very welcoming.
