located a 15/20 walk from centre of town /Ipswich town fc , very comfy bed , exceptional facilities , inc plug socket that had USB port to charge your phone ; handy as id forgotten my charger !!!

The bed was really super comfortable and warm. This was fortunate as the night we stayed it snowed! Heating was on for an hour in the morning and evening only, but in our short stay that didnt matter.

Great host communication, excellent facilities Francis couldn't have more helpful, very generous and accommodating to all our requested. We were in the area for my dad's funeral and he was so kind it really helped us all. Cannot recommend enough.
A great apartment and great host. Really good communication before and during stay, super friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely, beautifully decorated and furnished, really clean and comfortable. The added extras like bread, milk and butter were really appreciated too. Will be booking this place again when we stay in Ipswich.
Lovely trad pub, real ale, home cooked food and big choice. Free parking even for vans/trucks, nice garden. Handy for A14/Ipswich. Hot showers, perfect English breakfast included. They work very hard to serve and create a locals atmosphere.
