Lovely and clean, you could smell the freshness as soon as you walked in, a really lovely welcome by the owners, although breakfast isn't provided they offer a packed lunch which was brilliant. Our room was outstanding and the bed so so comfy. We will definitely book here again when needing to visit Felixstowe.

Location great. Could do with a bit of TLC, some parts were a little grubby, the garden section is shared with the hosts which is something we haven't had before with this type of accommodation so we weren't entirely sure what parts we could use and what we couldn't. The bed is on the short side for tall people like myself so I wasn't able to fully stretch out. But on the whole it was decent value for money, the location was excellent. With a few improvements this place would get a full score. The hosts were very polite and helpful.

Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
We loved the staff especially the lady who is married to the chef, sorry we never got your name. You are amazing and made our stay. The rooms are large and clean with comfy bed. All you need really in perfect location. We ate in the pub, lovely homemade burger and we ate in the restaurant Nepalese which was incredible. The cocktails are to die for.
Overall we had a great time, really cheered me up as having bit of a bad time at the moment with illness.
We were made to feel so welcome by all staff and locals, we had such a laugh, thank you.
