Very close to a Gatwick airport, but no noise! Excellent communication - answered questions and handled requests promptly. We arrived in the late evening-they were prepared for us with instructions and a welcome envelope with our room key, wifi instructions, and breakfast information. Breakfast was fabulous. We selected hot full meal and it was cooked superbly. Staff were very pleasant. Well appointed rooms. Quiet neighbourhood. Short walk to the train station.
