Proprietor was friendly and helpful. Had tea/coffee service in our room. Nearby walk along sea coast was enjoyable ending with a beer garden at the Royal Inn.

Friendly,Welcoming and helpful hosts with good knowledge of Morecambe.Excellent breakfast with toast and choice of cereals and hot and cold drinks with option of cooked breakfast also ( can have couple of items only if required).Colourful and welcoming exterior.Cleaniness was excellent.Good supplies of toiletries in en-suite.Good supply of hot drinks in room if needed.Bed was very comfortable.

Proximity to train station was the best, and local restaurants as well. Access to building and to room was super easy and well explained in emails.
