Everything about the place, the owners of the guest house was amazing, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were stunning, beds like sleeping on clouds and all the mod cons, TV, stereo etc. Breakfast stunning.

The location was excellent for my needs as I was visiting a friend nearby, and it was only a short walk to the bus stop on the main road to get to Harrogate town centre and Knaresborough. My host was very friendly, helpful and informative. Crockery and cutlery were provided in my room so I could bring back fish and chips from the shop at the end of the road. They were very good too.
I had an excellent room which was warm and quiet at the back of the house, and I had sole use of the shower room just across the landing from my bedroom

The accommodation was immaculate, gorgeous setting with lovely hosts. Great facilities for us and our dog was well catered for too. Loved the location so many places to explore close by, really nice area outside to sit and relax, couldn't ask for more.
The room was cool and spacious, as I wanted it. The bed was very comfortable. We had the use of the whole landing as no one else booked in which was really nice. There were plentiful teas, coffees and many milks which is always something that underwhelms me normally. The bathroom was spotless with huge fluffy towels. Claire was a lovely host and accommodated us in every way possible. We could not have expected more than we got.
Jennie was a lovely hostess, made us feel very welcome. The bathroom was lovely very luxurious and in our room there was a big long window looking out onto a pretty garden. Location was quiet and peaceful. The bed was soft and comfortable so got a great night's sleep.
Perfect location in a quiet neighbourhood. Great hosts and beautiful rooms - the fridge and treats were an added bonus. Gorgeous breakfast both mornings.
