The central location from the bus/train station. Also the availability of the guest house to the restaurant across the street. It would have been nice that guests also received some sort of discount at the restaurant. (If this was offered, I was not made aware of it.) The room itself was cozy and large enough to comfortably move around in. Nice comfy bed as well.
