Very friendly, super clean, fantastic decor, very high standard, bed was lovely and comfy, fab pillows! The hot tub was great, easy to book your slot/s, if like us it was a great start and end to a day. The hubby found the sauna to be an added bonus!! Fantastic seating areas by the river, very soothing to listen to the water rushing by, there is a lovely little summer house outside too, we would love to visit again in the summer. The biggest healthiest chickens in the front garden, don't forget to take them some grapes! Super breakfasts, and the smoothies were delicious, all in all not a bad thing to say about this fantastic little guest house!!

It was warm and comfortable both the bed and lounges. There was also a lot of extra touches such as great food that Jan supplied. The open fire was also a plus!

Terry and Lynne Hawkins were great hosts and very welcoming. The location is an easy walk to downtown Dumfries. The hotel is on a spacious lot with an on-site pub and outside seating areas.
Beds were comfortable; breakfast was delicious. The hotel is spotless and comfortable in every way. Hosts stop to chat during breakfast or whenever they see you out and about. Ample on-site parking. We were made to feel right at home. Lynne even gave us advice on visiting the local library for help with our geneology search.
House was situated in a lovely quite residential area of Dumfries. Secure parking at the rear of the property. A warm welcome from a lovely host, everything explained on arrival and recommendations given as to where to eat. Room was spotless and had everything needed. A lovely breakfast was served in the bright and sunny dining room next morning.
Terry and Lynne were just such lovely hosts, so friendly and helpful. The amount of space we had was amazing compared to other places we have stayed. The cleanliness was second to none I could not fault anything at all.
Lovely hotel. Large, spotless and very comfortable rooms. Friendly, efficient staff. Owners Terry and Lynne were great hosts. Delicious breakfast. Would recommend and would stay again.
