Unfortunately I chose a weekend when the host was not providing breakfast but the well fitted kitchen and dining room were available for guests to use and I was warned in advance. The parking in front of the house was very welcome as it was close to guest accommodation.
Location was excellent for centre of Dingwall and Davidson museum which was reason for my visit.

Good size accomodation, with decent size TV and table and chairs. Good coffee making facilities and having a fridge is a bonus.
The accomodation was within walking distance of some lovely woodland walks.

The owners are extremely warm and friendly. The food was the best! They are excellent cooks and served delicious breakfasts daily. The place was quaint, attractive, and close enough to the shops in town to walk.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Hilde was a lovely host. Arrived to find a hot chocolate sachet with my tea & coffee which is rare in itself but I also had a chocolate and pastry waiting for me after my long day hiking. Room was great and even came with its own fridge. A microwave was available if I wanted plus my own set of cutlery and crockery was in the room too. Sky tv was a unexpected bonus.

Great breakfast with lots of choice to supplement the full Scottish. You don’t need to eat for the rest of the day. Great hosts. Good location. Very helpful. Comfortable room.
