Location was great and in the heart of Mersea with near by shops/ bars/ cafe's.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Great styling and all the little touches such as the basket of goodies on the breakfast bar made it even better. Faruk is a great host and text us all the info, including pictures of the outside so we knew where to look for the door along the street. Location is fantastic and we will definitely stay again. The layout & furnishings of the apartment were beautiful, & had everything we needed. A lovely hamper of goodies on our arrival was a lovely touch. Plus a great sound system.
The property was well looked after and fully equipped. It was clean and the host really paid attention to details to make it a pleasant stay. The hamper provided a nice touch and I was very grateful for extras like an umbrella! Fabulous stay and lovely host. I highly recommend.
A beautiful home with a lovely host. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else while on business in Colchester, unless this place was full. Breakfast was healthy, tasty and very pleasing to look at 🤗❤️🤗 . I have pre-booked for work assignments until Christmas 2023 and look forward to more stays in 2024
Dee was a great host and nothing was too much effort. The room was very comfortable and I was out like a light, only a short walk from the town centre and a delicious breakfast in the garden with hot food and even a homemade muffin with custard! The bathroom also has a large vanity area to get ready and coming and going from the property was easy even very early morning. Had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend as well as come back myself!
