Very good quality apartment on the ground floor. It comprises a spacious lounge with a good sofa, plasma screen TV, and a small fridge for drinks and snacks. Adjoining the lounge is the bedroom area which has a comfortable double bed and tea and coffee making facilities, with an ensuite shower room behind it.
Wifi is available throughout the apartment as it has a strong signal. I didn't meet the owner, but we spoke on the 'phone twice and she was very helpful.
The Blackwater Suite is located in West Mersea, just 23 miles from Freeport Braintree and 27 miles from Hedingham Castle. This beachfront property offers access to free Wifi and free private parking.

We love it at the Victoria Villa Guesthouse Kevin and Karen are great hosts, very welcoming and guesthouse spotlessly clean. Not forgetting the lovely Katie the dog she loves lots of strokes and cuddles.
