Totally self-contained at the bottom of the garden is a wonderfully quirky building with everything you could want, including a funky industrial style shower room.
Lydiate Millicent is also a great place to explore, with its church, pub, and quaint village nursery.
It is also easy to explore the Wiltshire area from here.
On our to-do list was the white horse at Hackpen Hill, Swindon and Cricklade (the Tawny Owl pub is well worth a visit!) all less than 15 minutes drive away.
The host, Parissa, deserves an extra special mention, as my queries were always answered promptly, and she even cooked our evening meal on our 2nd day ... and the curry we had was delicious!

We were welcomed by the host who was very helpful and friendly and explained all the information we needed on our stay. The room was a perfect size for us with an en-suite bathroom. We had full use of the kitchen and lounge areas so felt as if you were in your own apartment. The kitchen had all we needed to cook all our meals.
The area was lovely and quiet with parking facilities. It was a great location with a retail park, restaurants and pubs all within very close driving distances. We traveled to the Cotswolds Wildlife Park and Gardens which I would recommend for all adults and children alike.
The host was very quick to answer any questions I had and we had a lovely pleasant stay.
I recommend staying here if you want easy access to Cotswolds and I was told Bath and Bristol are also close by.

Great communication from the host. Easy to understand arrival instructions with keys and parking.
The room was absolutely spotless, infact one of the cleanest I've stayed in.. everything in the room was fresh and welcoming. Tea / coffee facilities also. Including first aid kit. Hair dryer. Slept very well. I would definitely stay there again. Great value for money. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Great location, nearby to many beautiful walks. There are also lovely views from the bedrooms. The beds are comfortable and there is everything you will need in the kitchen to cook. If the weather is good, the outside area is also beautiful to sit in and the pizza oven is a great addition! James was a great host and answered all my questions quickly along with giving some great recommendations for nearby walks and pubs.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Peaceful, tranquil setting. Great hosts. Beautifully renovated property. There are stables with horses for you to pet. Bathrooms have high end fixtures and fittings
Fantastic location for the Air Tattoo. Great staff, felt welcomed from the moment we walked in the door, even though they had no water due to a burst pipe somewhere. Food was excellent value - huge portions. Nice to see a village pub supported by the locals too
Very spacious and comfortable room with the use of a bathroom next door. Lovely country setting within walking distance of a pub for dinner. Good location for visiting the Cotswolds and Cirencester. Nicola was a good hostess and chatted to us whilst she cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning.
Very friendly staff, pub and restaurant with a positive vibe where locals and guests enjoy their drinks and the food. Could imagine to spend some warm summer evenings on the benches and tables outside on the lawn next to the pub.
