We had just booked the double room which was very comfortable with a great selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate in the drinks making area, a small fridge which was an added bonus and plenty of space for clothes storage with extra seating on chairs for just chilling out!

Good facilities including a very comfortable bed. Whole place appeared to have been newly done up. Friendly staff, breakfast was great. Price was very reasonable and overall it was outstanding for the price.

Host's reactivity when we had a problem was quick and he arranged a change of room.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Great location, right on top of the High Street really close to Beaulie Park. Lovely village. Very characterfull cottage, really low ceilings, beautiful. Lovely hosts, can't fault them. Needs a good deep clean, the stains on the carpets were --- and the place smelled really bad. Lumpy matress.
Perfect base for exploring the beautiful countryside of the New Forest: everything we needed for a really comfortable, relaxing stay. Fabulous sleep thanks to the comfortable beds, stunning views and a very short walk to pick up the morning newspaper; all-in-all, exactly what I 'ordered' after a frenetic Christmas! Ian is a great host; super friendly and very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend; thank you, Ian!
