I had a wonderful time at this accomodation for many reasons (I hope I remember them all) :
1- Alexandre is very nice, since the first contact he sent an amazing booklet that explains everything, from the check-in to checkout. He also added a full guide for the city.
2- appartment is very clean like sparkling clean, room is spacious, amazing game area
3- the quiete is AMAZING in the appartment and neighbourhood.
4- if you got the chance to see Alexandre and exchange with him, he is very nice, warm and really informative.
5- the kitchen is well equipped, coffee machine is amazing.
6- the appartment is at the heart of Troyes
7- the bed is soooooo comfy
Everything was perfect, I really enjoyed my stay in this cute charming room.
I will definitely come back again either in Troyes or in any property managed by the same comapny (Capitaine B&B)

at first you'd think it's a hôtel (so did I & a couple that we found inside) the owner did not put any picture of the building. when we arrived nobody was their to open the door for us, the neighbors did (same thing happened to the couple we found in the apartment).

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Our homestay experience at La flûte enchantée was truly enjoyable, thanks to our kind and considerate host. The room was well-appointed with amenities like air conditioning, coffee machine, a dishwasher, and the high ceilings in the old house made it feel very spacious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we will always cherish.
Nice hotel, very discrete, drove past it several times thinking it was a private residence. Our room was large and comfortable. Interesting decor. Nice breakfast. Well located for the city centre and restaurants.

Instructions to enter the apartment were easy to follow up. Quite spacious and very good facilities. Washing machine, full functioning kitchen with all the equipment you need. With the location in the middle of the centre you have everything you need nearby. With the beautiful interior design and the charms of the cottage, you feel Troyes inside the house. I have felt at home staying here a few days. Would come back again.
We loved everything. about the apartment but over and above, the lovely host Esther who is an excellent communicator, a delightful person and couldn't have been more helpful and considerate.

I loved everything about this place! I stayed a whole week and really enjoyed the comfort, the decoration, the luminosity of the apartment. The location is perfect. Close enough to town center and yet very quiet. The building is lovely. Damien was a great host and very quick to help if need be. It is a rare find and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Troyes.
A perfect stay in in old town Troyes. The place turned out to be much larger than expected and we had lots of room to relax. The apartment felt like a private home and we liked the individual decoration. It's located in a backyard and really quiet at night. Patrick is a friendly host and provides a lot of information. We would book it again if we'd return to Troyes.
