Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The apartment was exactly what we were looking for during our stay. It was easy to access with clear instructions for entry from the host. Their locals guide book on the town and key information was also super helpful. The apartment was very clean and we enjoyed out stay!
great location with secure parking and restaurants nearby especially le scampi, good for stopover going north or south, great host who couldn't do enough, breakfast was very good brought to you on a tray but think a buffet would have been better and more cost effective for the owner.

I very nice boutique style B&B close to the centre of St Quentin with a convenient (free) car park over the road. I was traveling back to the UK so just a single/one night stay. A well appointed room with plenty of space and access to a small garden terrace. Good breakfast and a very good host. An easy 5 min walk to a large town square with several bars and restaurants so plenty of choice for an evening meal. A handy map of the area is provided in each room along with Netflix on the TV.
