It is a great location, near everything—spotless and cosy — spacious and deep enough pool by your doorsteps. Magali & Philippe are superb hosts, nice and ready to help with anything.
The room was great for us to accommodate for a couple of days without even thinking about the location — it felt instantly like our second home :) The parking is directly on the plot — private in the shade and plenty of space to load and unload your stuff. We got our remote control for the main entrance door to be able to get out and in as many times as possible.
The room has separate access so you feel like in your French paradise.
Would recommend it to anybody who wants nice accommodation near everything including the beach. The beach was like 5-7 minutes away by car — depending on the time of the day.

We booked the top floor room (4) which has a roof terrace which has wonderful views.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The hospitality of Marquesa and Tom was wonderful. They were both lovely hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We appreciated the location being slightly out of town and away from the crowds which made for a very peaceful stay. Lovely to have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
Christophe was a great host and extremely responsive to any questions. The house is comfortable and in a great location to feel at home. Town access with the parking option is wonderful.

Very neat rustic old house. Wonderful outdoor areas with amazing views. Short walk the the center of St Paul De Vence. Great views from the bedroom upstairs, which you have to go outside to get to.
