Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The quiet location and the large terrace. Not too far from St. Jean de Luz. We drove in but you can get a bus which stops outside the appartment. Danielle a lovely host. The beakfast excellent. Great to have own fridge.
Very friendly staff downstairs in family-run bar-tabac, so helpful! On a very good no. 3 bus route so easy to get into Saint Jean - or to Bayonne. Fun to hang out in cafe and meet locals. Apartment very clean and perfect condition. Very comfy bed and good shower.
The hotel is brilliant and a real find.Although at check in roads were busy there was no noise overnight and all became quiet.
The room was vèry comfortable and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom clean.
The hotel has it's own restaurant and after choosing to dine there yound many locals used it also. The endorsement by locals using it was well justified. The food was lovely and the surroundings very relaxing after a long day travelling.
A gem of a hotel which I highly recommend.
