I like the house from outside. But where we stayed is under in a garage. With no lights to enter and no carpets, no Wi-Fi, no television. The bed was terrible and we had no sleep at all. I would like my money back thank you

Arrived at 17.30 for check-in, but no one there. Called number and no reply. They called back, but we couldn't communicate due to language issues. Fortunately, a local helped as we needed a code to get into the property, which we hadn't been provided with prior to arrival. Very poor.

The reviews about the lack of cleanliness prepared us for the worst, but it really wasn't that bad. In fact, we really enjoyed our stay! It is a castle that you get to stay in for a low price, after all. It's a bit like staying at your ancient French grandmother's castle who does the housekeeping herself and doesn't quite see the dust on the plumbing any longer.
By the way, we booked a room that said "shared bathroom" but it wasn't shared, it was for us to use exclusively, so that's cool as well.

We loved everything about this place. The grounds were beautiful and the kids were able to run around and explore in a safe environment. The donkeys and chickens added to the rustic charm and the play area was perfect for the kids. Breakfast was delightful and Vincent could not do more to make us feel welcome.

Fantastic location, lovely host, good bathroom + shower + kitchen setup (shared with one other room in the apartment). Very secure (3 locks) though I struggled to lock the bedroom door from the inside. Amazing views, cute room, loved the stay!

Great host, waited for us to arrive late at night and was more than happy to suggest and recommend places, restaurants etc. The flat's location is great, very close to the centre, train station, with a supermarket just across the street.

Cute boutique hotel in the thick of Rouen. Great location. The hotel was basic but comfortable for 1 night. Lovely continental breakfast although a little overpriced. As the hotel is old there is no lift which is understandable. Lovely hostess.
it was situated perfectly for the town of Rouen, only 2 minutes and you were in the middle of town,
the bedsit, (it's not an apartment) was. nice enough, just 1 room, with a settee as a bed, and the tiniest shower.

Rouen itself was really nice, the locals tried to speak english if they could, and we found everyone really helpful, unlike calais.
