Unfortunately only stayed one night en route from the south to the north. Everything was superb - location, facilities comfort, and the reception by the hosts. The accommodation is small and compact, separate from the main residence meaning absolute privacy. And with a small kitchen complete with fridge it meant we did not have to worry about finding an eating place in the evening. The outside small deck with table and chairs enabled us to relax with a drink after a long drive. Security gates on the property also meant that all luggage could be left in the car overnight. Excellent value for money

The appartement is very stylish and nicely decorated, we loved it! It has everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom etc. A very comfortable bed and also the folding bed/couch is very comfortable. Quiet at night, even with windows open. Location is perfect, 2 min walk to the main shopping street. We parked our car for 2 days in a cheap parking garage nearby. Olivier is a very kind and good host. He responds fast and is very easy going. Thank you very much Olivier, we hope to be back one day!
This was our second visit we originally booked for four nights but extended our stay by another 2 nights. If you are looking for a quiet relaxed holiday this in our opinion is ideal we spent our evenings in small square at front of the hotel watching locals playing boules also short stroll down to river front to relax and watch the world go by also plenty of shops bars cathedrals and restaurants in walking distance. We will most definitely be returning on our next road trip through France
the owner was super helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us and make us feel at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean! the showers were excellent and very hot and breakfast although additional was very cheap! It was amazing value for money and there was a bar/pizzeria type shop below. Locals were very friendly and we were often offered tea and water on the house. the tram was a short walk to all the main attractions. would definitely recommend and stay again if back in Orleans on budget!
Lovely place, great value for money. Has more to offer than it says in the ad, including wifi connection and a laundry machine. Lovely hosts and equipped kitchen.
