This is the absolute secret and lovely place, so warm welcomed by Agnes & Pascal and all conveniences. Yes its outside of the Evian downtown but quiet and silent toa stay. Garden usage, the motorbike found a parking lot in their garage! The home made breakfast was like in heaven all home made wild pork pate, brioche and multiple marmalades, cheese combo and fresh fruit salad were the morning highlights! Wlan was included for free with good speed. Drinkwater from the tap.

Very nice staff despite my late arrival and dirty muddy bike. Very nice private space in their lovely house. Appreciated the kettle for tea and decoration of the space.

We like to have at least some Scrambled or Fried Egg on toast but nothing was on offer and only Earl Grey tea etc. we like Black tea such as English Breakfast tea also in the room NO powdered coffees were available, no milk, only one cup for two people and to plug in the kettle we had to put on the bedside cabinet, (no power point by the kettle). The Croissants etc. were exellent.

Our Host Sylvian was so welcoming of our family into his beautiful home. The rooms were a perfect size & comfortable with everything we needed with access onto his lovely garden where we could sit in the afternoon & take in the amazing views of the mountains. Breakfast was lovely too. We could not of asked for more from our stay. We really hope to stay again in the future.
