There is a family that rents a room. I travel all over the world. This is the first time I did not feel comfortable Not having a Private stay, I asked if I could cancel, and they said Not possible. So it left things even more uncomfortable.
When checking in I was told to hold my voice down and not to make noise. I did not feel comfortable using their bathroom where their door opens to their main living room where their child, would have to smell toilet orders.ETC.
I did not use their shower nor did I ask for breakfast. I don't mind staying with a family. not going to pay to be a house guest/friend.

Our stay was incredible. The owner Bibi has created a magazine-worthy homestead with cabins, bedrooms, and main rooms adorned with antique furniture and artwork. Hygge is the only word to describe it. The house itself is amazing. The location is great, just a short drive to Contis, a wonderful fine-sanded beach with a few shops, cafes, and a bar. There are local farm tours and markets, so plenty of things to explore.
Bibi is an exquisite host and an amazing cook. We were invited to dine at the property and breakfast was included. Both blew us away with full flavors and homemade whenever possible. Our visit was an unforgettable and lovely experience all around.
