Christophe, Patrick and Oscar the dog are incredibly friendly, talented and professional hosts. We were treated like royalty in this wonderful mansion. Breakfasts were wonderful and plentiful. We also enjoyed a magnificent dinner of Margaret de Canard, expertly prepared by Patrick. Christophe helped us find a lovely local red wine to pair with the meal. Our room (‘Oscar!’) was large, luxurious, quiet and comfortable. This was one of the best stays we’ve ever experienced

Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Family run B&B type accommodation. I stayed in the studio apartment which is fully equipped, very clean, and modern.
It's a few km from Castres but the location is quiet and almost rural. Which I considered a bonus.
The host family are very nice people and treat you like friends.
