Staff - Jean Michel - was fantastic. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Helped arrange a wonderful dinner reservation for us and made sure our stay was the best possible. He is a great host. Manor house and our room were clean and recent renovations were top notch. A well-kept and updated chateau. Very nice linens and towels provided. Jean Michel was very attentive and prepared a wonderful breakfast for us. Our room had a fantastic view of the Chateau des Ducs towers as well.

Super nice & big apartment, with a lovely terrace and right in the centre of Alençon. It has all the charm of an ancient French house (chimneys, wooden floor in some rooms, high ceilings, etc), while being kept in a very good and comfortable condition.
Its very well equipped, with all cookware you might need if you want to have lunch or dinner at the apartment, plus they also kept some nice individual portions for breakfast (coffee capsules, bread, butter, jam, Nutella, etc.) In the kitchen.
It's definitely an excellent choice if you will spend one or several nights in the town.
