Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
We had a lovely time at Chez Ben, we had everything we needed and if we didn’t Ben and his family were so helpful in sorting things out for us. The eggs from the family chickens were a lovely surprise and the chickens were delightful to have around.
The best thing about our stay was definitely our lovely hosts.
A beautiful location with fantastic garden and forest surrounds. A large pool, with plenty of space for relaxing. Very nice room with everything we needed. Lovely hosts and a delicious breakfast served in the dining room and exceptional scrambled eggs!! Suzy was able to recommend a great restaurant in Castres too. Highly recommend that you visit!
