I loved the overall atmosphere and vibe of the place, with a common kitchen and dining room and a reading room with magazines and books. It lent itself well to fellow travelers coming together to discuss experience in the Faroes and other travel adventures as well. And I loved the original art and posters. The bedrooms are not huge but comfortable and a terrific location right on the water and a short seven-minute walk into town. The host Kent who spoke briefly with was very friendly and accessible. I highly recommend and certainly would stay here again

Our room was next to the delivery area of the grocery store next door; truck deliveries started very early morning.

Peter made me feel like at home. I felt very comfortable and happy with him and his son. Peter is a lovely person, with kind heart. I loved his laugh, it’s warm and makes you smile. Happy to see a solid hostel in the Faroes. Great value for money on an often expensive island. Perfect location if you want to stay close to the airport. Plenty of parking too so great to explore this beautiful island. And a lovely host who also runs Kassie & Mia's Home in Vestmanna, which was an absolutely perfect place!
Kristjan was a great host. Really friendly guy willing to answer any questions you may have about the hostel or the Faroe Islands in general. Location was brilliant - easy to find, just a 15 minute drive from the airport and 45 minutes to the capital.
What a place! Kristjan is a great host--very kind, friendly, flexible, and laid-back. The hostel has everything you need. Met so many wonderful people here. This place seems to attract down-to-earth, no-frills, friendly and open travelers. IMO It's the best place to stay if you're traveling in the Faroes!
