Mikel emailed regularly to be sure he would be home at the time we wanted to check in. He gave us the key to his house; we parked easily on the street, and it was a short walk to city center. The room was lovely, and the private bath was outside the room, just next door to room.
Located in the Medieval center, this hotel is located just a 2-minute walk from the fabulous Olite Palace and nestled within the beautiful, rural surroundings of Navarra.

This was my 6th and last stay at this hotel. I've recommended it to friends in the past and would never again.
If you want rude to non existent service this is a good choice. Otherwise I'd recommend the Parador for excellent service or the Apartments Ducay for clean, nice and good value accommodations.

The view and location are unbeatable. The staff were very nice, helpful with our toddler, and apologetic for the noise in the town due to the town festival (which was obviously completely out of their control.)
