EVERYTHING especially the caring service which was exactly what I needed after being so bummed missing my flight. I missed my flight & had to book here last minute. Im 49 so I wasnt too keen on staying at a hostel but it was all I could afford after having to buy another plane ticket & it exceeded my expectations. The staff who welcomed me were WONDERFUL! Such an enthusiastic super warm welcome & he carried my heavy luggage up the stairs for me, brought them back down & arranged a cab fof me back to the airport. I had yo do nothing, they handled everything for me like a luxury hotel would. The room was actually a suite with a stunning massive balcony. I had no idea hostels also have private rooms. I would totally stay here again & thanks to my experience here will search for private rooms in hostels

The staff were very friendly. An easy walk to everything. And I'm a huge coffee fan, and the one on the corner "The Monk" was the perfect spot to add to my trip. There's an elevator if you need it, especially for quick trips with all your gear. Easy nighttime access.

Great hostel for solo travellers or group, the only one in Ibiza that organises events and daily activities, so easy to meet other like-minded people, has everything you need, pool, bar, cafe, kitchen ect and the staff is super friendly. The downstairs area and entrance are very nice, the restaurant is nice and the food is superb, try breakfast or menu del dia - the location is great mainly Spanish & French guests and lots of locals. You'll find it tucked away near a health food shop it's in the real pueblo heart of San Antoni de Portmany. The vibe is classic San An, calm, accommodating surrounded by madness.
