Arrived early and the room was ready to check in. We were able to leave bags at the reception after check out so we could explore the area some more the following day. Check out was 12 which we thought was great. Nice bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The guy on reception was super helpful,sharing where to go on the map of the area. Very bijou but great for an overnight stay.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The villa was a real home from home, it had everything we needed and lovely hosts who couldn't have been more accommodating. Plenty of room, all the mod-cons and a large outside BBQ and dining area. The pool was the icing on the cake. Actually that's not entirely true, as given the temperature got to 41°C, the full house built in air conditioning was the actual icing on the cake! We will be going back
Beautiful houses. They are so pretty. Good air con. Cool and comfy beds. Lovely linen and good clean bathroom. The site and pool are amazing. Lots of shade and loungers. We had it all to ourselves most days. So quiet and pretty. There is a shared bbq which we used to cook dinner a few nights. The restaurant onsite is only open Fri - sun and the nearest shops are a 10 mins drive away but there is a big fridge and freezer in the kitchen. Good WiFi and lovely hosts which helped guide us on a walk and with local tips.

This was my second stay and it was as pleasant as the first time, if not better. Nice team, nice rooms and a very convenient location, close to the train station as well as the old town.
Locals rate the hotel, there were plenty of things I did not make use of (roof terrace for example) but it is a place worth considering and I will certainly be back when I am in Murcia again.
