Location (very close to the Camino Primitivo), friendly staff (doesn't speak English but uses a translating program), nice shower, very comfortable bed (after 1.5 weeks itwas the first night when I actually slept), balcony with a mountain view (sunset was gorgeous), bar-restaurant downstairs (nice breakfast with a good cup of coffee and fresh orange juice).

Firstly the fact that it is right on the Primitivo Camiño trail was perfect. No need to divert. Great price for a newly renovated 5 room guest accommodation. Loved the location with beautiful outlook. Outdoor chairs to relax and unwind after a long walk. Relaxed atmosphere with great food for breakfast and dinner. Shower water pressure and heat of water perfect. Daughters and I loved the fresh fruit smoothies. Good coffee

I was given a nice, comfortable single bed, not a bunk bed. All the facilities - bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge - were spacious, new, clean and comfortable. The receptionist was helpful and friendly, and gave me a good explanation of the hostel's facilities. This should have been a great hostel with a perfect score of 10, but...
Central, beautiful room, great host! Pedro (the host) already knew my name when I checked in (after a long bike ride) offered me much needed water and helped me store my bike. Excellent, friendly hospitality!
There is a restaurant very close by, run by the same family, which was excellent. The food and service was far better than restaurants in larger places. Our room and bed was clean and very comfortable. Our host was a very busy man as he is the ‘major domo’ of the mini supermarket and hotel as well as being a very good host.
Amazing stay in Lugo. Close to all local amenities. Jose (?) was a great host who has faithfully renovated this great wee hostel. The communal areas are beautiful and the terraza and bar are lovely. Wholly recommend to anyone staying for a few days in Lugo.

If you travel by car you have to find a parking outside the historic center of Lugo, since in the center is almost impossible to park.
The room and the shared bathroom were clean.
Each bed is equipped with a socket (Very important), a light and a curtain.
Disposable pillowcase and mattress cover are provided, while bed sheets and towels are not included in the price, you have to bring your owns.
Lourdes is a great hostess, welcoming and offered helpful advice for places to visit. Apartment was spacious and beautifully renovated. Situated in a quiet village but easy to get to main roads and places of interest. We would stay again.
